To be eligible for review, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt at beelindoll@gmail.com.
When reporting an issue, please provide:
Order number
Description of the problem
Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be processed.
Once we receive your request, our team will review and verify it within 2 business days.
After verification, any approved refund or compensation will be issued within 3 business days.
If the product defect or shipping error is confirmed to be our responsibility:
We will provide a replacement at no cost or
Offer a refund or compensation depending on the situation.
All return or replacement shipping costs in this case will be covered by us.
Returns for non-quality reasons are not accepted due to hygiene and health regulations.
Order Cancellations:
Cancelling an order after 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Highly customized dolls cannot be cancelled once production has started.
We are not responsible for any return packages lost or stolen during transit. Please keep proof of postage and tracking number.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within the timeline stated above.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
